Raph has been with VSM since its inception over 20 years ago, responsible for implementing our IT and financial systems. He provides support and expertise across all infrastructure, with his expertise being instrumental in building and maintaining a robust, secure, and efficient environment.
Steve brings significant entrepreneurial experience in working with marketing teams to generate results from well-structured plans. Steve’s role is to continue to develop our team to both delight our customers and generate growth for VSM that exceeds market norms.
Luke manages finance operations at VSM, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. He plays a key role needed to deliver outstanding results for our clients. With his focus on internal operations and idea generation, the wider team are able to deliver strategic and creative marketing solutions.
His attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure VSM remains responsive, well-resourced, and always ready to deliver.
Charlie began his career with VSM over a year ago and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Having recently completed a course in Data Management, Charlie now serves as our in-house data expert, responsible for overseeing the collection, organisation, and optimisation of data across all client campaigns.
His role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and efficiency in reporting on marketing activities. Charlie works closely with both internal teams and clients to share measurable insights and supporting claims.
Jack is our in-house graphic designer and creative lead, having been with VSM for over 9 years. He is responsible for all our visual outputs including conference and exhibition graphics, promotional materials, video content and website development. Jack’s deep understanding of creativity and design, combined with his technical expertise ensures every project reflects our clients’ brand identity with impact.
Known as the ‘go-to’ creative contact for our clients, Jack consistently delivers high-quality, innovative work that drives engagement and results. He has been at the forefront of exploring and integrating AI technologies into VSM workflows, helping us remain agile in the evolving digital landscape.
During her 7 years at VSM, Ellie has developed strong relationships with our clients and wider industry partners and is a member of the British Dental Industry Association’s ‘30 under 30’ group. As VSM account manager, Ellie is responsible for liaising with both internal and external teams to develop and deliver successful campaigns, including project planning, co-ordination, financial management and execution.
She is also responsible for both print and digital media planning, activation and management. Ellie’s skillset also allows her to deliver multiple professional events per year, with skills in data management, financial reporting, delegate, sponsor & speaker liaison and event promotion.
Bridget has been with VSM for 10 years as Client Services Director and during that time has looked after a variety of high-profile events and campaigns including several product launches, regional briefing events and developing and producing online content for educational webinars.
Bridget supports professional brand teams on the delivery of annual exhibition programmes including content and logistics. Bridget has implemented company-wide systems, processes and quality checks to ensure that VSM deliver the highest calibre of work.
Our founder and resident dental marketing expert, Gail, brings decades of industry knowledge and passion to VSM. She is the current President of the British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) and is an Industry Council Member with the British Society of Dental Research (BSODR), roles that reflect a commitment to advancing the dental industry.
Gail is driven by her enthusiasm for making a difference in the oral health industry. With an unmatched understanding of the dental landscape and a talent for spotting opportunities others might miss, she excels at turning market intelligence into meaningful results for clients.
