Our founder and dental marketing anorak Gail is also the current vice president of the British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) and Industry council member with the British Society of Dental Research (BSODR). Gail thrives on making a difference by linking people and brands with insight and policy.
Wedded to the business and our founder Gail, Luke ensures smooth day to day running of the business including finances so we are always ready to deliver our expertise.
Since joining VSM in 2015 as Client Services Director, Bridget has implemented company-wide process and quality checks to ensure VSM deliver the highest calibre of work. Responsible for developing the team and managing workflow, Bridget also looks after many of VSM’s high profile events and campaigns including product launches, exhibitions and national sampling programmes. When not at work, Bridget divides her time between Millie the cocker spaniel, a local choir and diving into any bit of wild water she can find…
Maddie gets a buzz from working with clients, brining ideas to life and optimising brand campaigns. She also brings a wealth of dental expertise having worked in the dental profession in both clinical and academic roles. Passionate about dental health and outreach, Maddie has volunteered with NGOs in the UK, Central America and Africa. Her biggest achievement to date is climbing Kilimanjaro for charity
Ellie came to VSM as part of her school work experience and we liked her so much we didn’t let her go! Now our Marketing Executive she is also studying a degree in Digital Marketing at ManMet as part of their degree apprenticeship programme. Ellie’s skills range across digital marketing, social media, data management (including GDPR), delegate and speaker management and wider conference secretariat. Ellie loves a city break – her most recent trips being Barcelona and New York.
Jack joined VSM six years ago as a junior designer and has since perfected his craft and is responsible for the design on many of our client’s key visuals. He has a thirst for knowledge and has developed his skills to be our key go to for all website build and design, platform hosting and the full range of digital asset creation. Jack has a chippy habit – but just on Fridays…
He has a wealth of experience across a wide variety of creative platforms. An ideas person with strong design skills, who can turn your thoughts into reality.
Raph has been with VSM for all of its 20+ years providing invaluable support and expertise across our IT and financial systems. He has created a robust infrastructure which means our operations can run smoothly, safely and efficiently.
